This report serves as a baseline for future evaluations and typically includes:

- Average life expectancies and estimated remaining useful life of individual components.
- ADA compliance.

Maintenance Reviews

Elevator Upgrade & Specifications for Modernizations
We can create specifications for modernization work based on the information from an Elevator Equipment Assessment. We work with the elevator owner to determine the scope of work and help them find qualified bidders. These specifications can be provided directly or incorporated into a complete “Request for Proposal” (RFP) to solicit bids from elevator contractors.

Once your specifications are written, XS Pros Elevator Services will submit the bid to elevator companies, facilitate a pre-bid meeting with invited bidders, and help you select the best bid. This service also includes:
