This includes cleaning and lubricating parts, thoroughly testing all safety features, checking the telephone and alarm bell, and examining all elevator equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.

Whenever possible, we assign the same technician to service your elevators each month. This practice allows them to become familiar with your specific equipment, ensuring consistency and reliability. You’ll always know when we’ve been there, as our technicians will check in and out with a designated person on-site. If a manager isn’t available, we will leave a service ticket in the elevator machine room. Plus, we’ll send you an email notification for every service and maintenance call, detailing the work that was performed.

We maintain all types of elevator equipment, regardless of the make or model, including proprietary equipment from major companies like Otis, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp, and KONE.

Full Elevator Maintenance Service Contract

This program provides a comprehensive maintenance plan to maximize the performance, lifespan, and safety of your equipment. On a monthly basis, your elevator(s) will be examined, adjusted, and lubricated as needed. We will also clean and repair motor belts, door operator belts, gaskets, relays, fuses, timing devices, limit switches, door hangers, pickup rollers, door contacts, hall and car-station bulbs, door interlock contacts, door gibs, and door closers.

When a part needs replacement, we will cover the cost of both the material and the labor during regular work hours. This service does not include special examinations, which will be performed upon request if a problem arises between scheduled visits. All work will be completed during regular business hours for the elevator trade unless otherwise specified below.

The company will provide emergency minor adjustments and callback service (defined as service requests and entrapments) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a two-hour response time.

Convenience Elevator Maintenance Service Contract

Every month, your elevator(s) will be examined, adjusted, and lubricated as needed. We will also clean and repair fuses, timing devices, limit switches, door hangers, pickup rollers, door contacts, hall and car-station bulbs, door interlock contacts, door gibs, and door closers.

If a part needs replacement, you will be responsible for the cost of the material, while we will cover the cost of labor during regular work hours. All work will be performed during regular business hours for the elevator trade unless otherwise specified below.

The company will provide emergency minor adjustments and callback service (defined as service requests and entrapments) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a two-hour response time.

Limited Elevator Maintenance Service Contract

On a quarterly or semi-annual basis, your elevator(s) will be examined, adjusted, and lubricated as needed. If our judgment warrants it, we will also clean and repair fuses, timing devices, limit switches, door hangers, pickup rollers, door contacts, hall and car-station bulbs, door interlock contacts, door gibs, and door closers.

If a part needs replacement, you will be responsible for the costs of both the material and the labor. All work will be performed during regular business hours for the elevator trade unless otherwise specified below. All repairs and service calls will be billed separately.
